How do I reset my password?

Use the "Forgot Password" feature in the app's login screen. You'll receive an email with instructions to reset your password.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone/iPad
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap "Subscriptions"
  4. Find "Lit FIRE Tracker" and tap "Cancel Subscription"

You can also cancel by contacting us directly.

How do I export my data?

Premium users can export their data from the Export tab in the app. You can export as PDF or CSV format.

Is my financial data secure?

Yes! We use industry-standard encryption and secure storage through Firebase. Your data is encrypted both in transit and at rest. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

Yes! You can use the app in guest mode. However, creating an account allows you to sync your data across devices and access cloud backup.
